Maximum liability: $2,000,000 CAD
Premium: $1.65 per day
Minimum amount: $50 per policy
Maximum period of coverage: 365 days
Family rate available: single rate multiplied by 2.5 for all family members (3 or more people) Features
Emergency Medical coverage while in Canada, or Emergency treatment outside Canada provided at least 51% of period is spent in Canada (excludes expenses incurred in Home country visits)
Emergency Transport per occurrence: Ground $5,000/ Air $250,000
Pre-existing Condition Covered: If stable 90 days prior to the effective date of policy

Hospital care: semi-private room
Physician charge: treatment by legally qualified physician, surgeon and Anesthetist
Registered graduate nurse: up to $12,000
Diagnostic service: laboratory tests and X-ray examination by prescription
Medical appliances: crutches, hospital bed, splints, canes, sling, trusses, braces
Prescription drugs: Max $10,000. Limited 30 day supply
Paramedical service: chiropodist, chiropractor, osteopath, acupuncture, physiotherapist podiatrist, speech therapist, up to $500 per practitioner
Dental service: accidental injury to natural teeth to max $4,000/ relief of pain up to $600/ extraction of wisdom to max $100
Trauma counseling: up to 6 sessions (following emergency)
Maternity: pregnancy after effective date of insurance up to $1,500. (Excludes childbirth, abortion)
Out-patient: psychiatrist, psychologist or physician providing psychiatric treatment up to $1,000
Family transportation: up to $5,000 and $1,500 for incidental travel
Repatriation: up to $15,000
Non- Emergency Treatment
Annual medical exam up to $100 (minimum 183 days of purchased)
Annual eye exam up to $100 (minimum 183 days of purchased)
Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Maximum: $25,000 for 24 hour accidental death and dismemberment
Maximum: $100,000 for common carrier accident
